- Domain Name Registration: Due to the nature of domain registration, all sales are final. We cannot offer refunds once a domain name has been registered or renewed through our service.
- Web Hosting: Customers may request a full refund within 30 days of their initial purchase if they are unsatisfied with our web hosting services. The refund does not apply to any add-on services or domain name registrations bundled with the hosting service.
- Website Development and Content Management: For website development and content management services, clients are eligible for a partial refund within the first 14 days of the project initiation, provided that no significant work has been approved or completed. The refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.
- Digital Marketing: Due to the customized nature of digital marketing services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If a client wishes to cancel their digital marketing service within the first 14 days, we will assess the work completed and potential refund eligibility.
Please note, to initiate a refund request, clients must contact our support team within the time frames specified above for each service. Refund requests will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval, and refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
